Shipping Options
 
Our handing time to engrave (personalize) the items for all orders are 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) expect up to 5 days handling time during Christmas Holiday regardless what kind of shipping method you select.
 
Shipping is FREE by EMS Registered Airmail all over the world if you have no require about time. If your order is time-sensitive, please choose faster shipping options.
 
Once your order ships, we'll email you over tracking number so you can know the exact arrival date of your order.
 
 
Return & Exchange Policy
 
All our jewelry products are finely crafted with extreme care. They have been undergone very strict and detailed quality check before shipment. We endeavor to offer quality product and service to our customers and we want you to have a satisfactory shopping experience with us. Please be sure your custom selections are exactly as you want them to be. Corrections to custom orders are sometimes impossible to do. Refunds are not available on customized pieces, although we will make efforts to assure your satisfaction. If we have made an error in the engraving or personalization, we will replace the incorrect item immediately. On all Non-Personalized (engraved) items if within 30 days after receipt of your purchase, if you're not completely satisfied, simply return it for a full refund. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified or abused will not be accepted for refunds.
 
Returns for Resize
 
In any case, if your ring size is not suitable after purchase. We would provide new rings to replace since most metal rings are not resizing. Additional Shipping and handling fees are to be incurred too. Please write an email to us stating the details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Returns for Exchanges It is possible to return your originally purchased item and ask for an exchange for a different item. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee if you are to return for a lower value item. No re-stocking fee will be applied if a higher value item is to be ordered for exchange when you make up the price difference. However, additional Shipping and handling fees will be incurred. Return for Refund Our 30 Days Return Policy gives you abundant time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the jewelry, you can return any non-engraved, unworn item(s) in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or an exchange. The shipping, order administration and handling fees are non-refundable, if applicable.
 
Once your return product is received, it will be processed within 5 business days. Shuremaster will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction. Please contact us with any questions if you are having any difficulty returning your item. We want to make it as simple as possible and we're here to help you every step of the way.
 
Cancellation
 
If you’d like to cancel or change an order for any reasons, please contact us as soon as possible and make sure to include your order number. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the Production/Shipping phase or has already sent out. If your order cannot be canceled, you can simply return it to us, please note shipping and handling are non-refundable . Shuremaster reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
